Meet Allen Pointer, the Team Manager of the Jason Buffington Realty Team. Allen is a high-achieving, hardworking REALTOR®. Allen began his real estate career in 2018 after 10+ years in management at Lowe’s. Allen previously worked in farming and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Georgia. As a North Hall High School graduate, Allen is familiar with the market he’s lived in for several years. Now, Allen is a coach for baseball, basketball, and football for local youth sports. Allen is Co-Director of Wednesday Night Youth Group at Cool Springs Church and Vice President of PTO at his kids’ elementary school.

Allen has two kids, Emma, 9 y/o, and Easton, 6 y/o, and has been married to his wife, Katie, for 14 years. Katie is an RN who graduated from Medical College of GA. Allen and Katie enjoy sporting events together and vacations with the kids. Usually, their time is spent at gyms or ballfields watching and coaching their kids. Allen’s success in real estate has steadily increased, beginning with a 2019 Capper award for $4,000,000+ in production. In 2020, Allen received the Capper award for $7,000,000+ in production, which was topped by last year’s 2021 Capper award for $8,000,000+ in production. Allen has remained within the Top 20% of KW REALTORS® for the last two years. He received the Hall County Board of REALTORS®’ Circle of Excellence recognition and is a 3x KW Bold graduate. When asked, “What do you enjoy most about being JBR Team’s Team Manager?” Allen replied, “Getting to be a part of a team that is truly a family and will do anything to help each other in business or personally”.
