Meet Reggie Smallwood. Reggie entered our real estate team after owning and operating a successful landscaping business for 22 years. Prior to owning his business, he worked in the manufacturing industry for 15 years. He has been the Music Director/Worship Leader for 10 years at 2 churches. He traveled the US singing Gospel Music for 35 years. This singing real estate professional has made a real splash in his first few years in real estate. Reggie is blessed to have served several buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since getting his license in 2020.

Reggie’s wife, Wendy, is a 1st grade teacher at Spout Springs School of Enrichment. They met at church when Wendy’s dad was called to be the pastor of the church Reggie attended at the time. Their family loves to go to church together and spend time together on the lake. Reggie and Wendy have two adult children who have both married. Reggie recently became a grandpa for the first time and his heart can hardly stand how much he adores his granddaughter! When asked, “What is your favorite part about being a Realtor?” Reggie replied, “New relationships being built”. Reggie strives to exceed his client’s expectations in order to take the utmost care of them regarding their real estate needs. The team is grateful to have a team player like Reggie!
